- Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or banking information.
- Raffle Information: Information about raffles you create, including raffle names, ticket counts, dates, and descriptions.
- Communications: When you contact us for support or other inquiries.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

We remember an optional measurement choice for up to 180 days. Consented campaign information is kept in your browser for up to 30 days. Private server-side click and browser identifiers are marked for automatic expiration within 30 days of capture; automatic deletion may take additional time. Campaign labels associated with signups and payments may be retained with those records for reporting. Click identifiers are not placed in your payment history.

Optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement stays off until you select Allow. Select Decline to use rafflr without that measurement; sign-in, payments, receipts, and raffles continue to work. You can change your choice using the Privacy choices button. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by turning optional measurement off.
Essential storage used for security, sign-in, payments, and remembering your privacy choice is separate. Blocking all storage through your browser may affect those essential features. Withdrawing optional measurement consent stops future sharing; it cannot recall information already sent.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
12. Analytics and Advertising
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, page engagement, and the signup and payment journey. We send selected campaign labels rather than arbitrary URL query parameters or form values. You can learn more about Google's practices at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
With your permission, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API help measure our ads. They may receive event details, campaign and click identifiers, and matching information such as hashed contact details. Browser and server events use the same event reference to avoid double-counting.
